In four we stayed for two nights in this village. The house outside was promising, made of wood overlooking the lake. Unfortunately once we entered it invaded us with a bad smell that, despite the open windows, never came out. Very poor mattress. We were not convinced.

Unfortunately, I'm staying with a little trouble.

Great views from camping pitches and cabins. Speciality is 4 camping car spots sideways on the river bank wich has their own terraces! Super cool! Wood included for bbq. Water sport activities available. Clean contemporary sanitary facilities and kitchen. I can recommend to all campers regardless if you use tent, caravan or want to book a cabin. Eill come back!

Super cool for campers

Our lakefront chalet was comfortable and discreetly clean. You have to bring towels and sheets from home unless you choose to rent them for a fee. You can take advantage of the free rental of rowing boats and canoes to walk around the lake! A sauna for a fee but absolutely recommended! The campsite offers some free barbecues with tables where you can have lunch / dinner enjoying the wonderful view of the lake!

What a wonderful experience.

Attended my friend's wedding which was hosted here, place is beautiful and peaceful but customer service turned out to be appalling. My friend had booked the entire place for the weekend, or at least that was the agreement, but other people had turned out anyway. This was fine as they had been warned about the wedding celebrations and noise levels. However, on the second night of the party as the band was finishing their set at 22:30 (it was agreed music was allowed to continue till midnight), the owner drove in the middle of the party and walked up to the groom stating very rudely: "this ends here!" Wouldn't recommend paying a lot of money for such a service. 

Osallistuin ystäväni häihin, paikka on rauhallinen ja kaunis, mutta asiakaspalvelussa riittää hiomista. Ystäväni oli varannut koko lomakeskuksen alueen viikonlopun ajaksi, tai ainakin näin oli sovittu, mutta ulkopuolisia vieraita näkyi alueella silti. Ei tämä menoa haitannut ja vieraita oli varoiteltu häistä ja melutasosta. Juhlien toisena iltana kuitenkin bändin lopetellessa soittoaan 22:30 (lopetusajaksi oli sovittu viimeistään keskiyöllä), lomakeskuksen omistaja ajoi keskelle juhlia Ja marssi suoraan sulhasen luo ja erittäin töykeästi ilmoitti että "tämä loppuu nyt!" Ikävä lopetus hienoille juhlille. En suosittelisi tuhlaamaan kovin montaa euroa tähän paikkaan.

Improvement needed in customer service

There are small wooden houses scattered along the waterfront - there are on large companies, there are family houses, and there are bunkers on one. Something like a terrace with a door. Inside you can lie in a bedroom and everything. It looks like a one-seater tent, only a wooden one. There is even a local name for such cabins. Judging by the number of these cabins, a demanded thing. There is a special ponton for travellers in the cabins on wheels.

A nice, clean, and not very expensive campsite

It's a great holiday home, warm and cozy, a very neat bathroom, a great time, and I recommend you stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

A great place to relax

We stayed one night in a 4 person cabin. The cabin is made for only sleeping, so it's tiny. It seemed dirty, when we left it felt like we were the first ones cleaning in a month. The maddresses were super dusty. Definitely not suitable for allergic people. Toilet smelled moldy, nobody wanted to take a shower in the morning. Summer season had closed, so maybe that played a part. There was construction being made by the cabins, they started very early. You could sleep in the cabin, but there isn't much good to say about the experience.

Small unclean cabin

Ideal for families with children. We had a spacious cabin with our own sauna (there is only one cabin). A nice playground, a barbecue hut and sauna right by the water, as well as the uncomplicated shelter of rowing boats, made our stay very beautiful.

Nice cabin right by the lake

Stayed for one night in a cabin on this camping. It is wintertime but in the cabin it is warm. Nice walks on the frozen lake. Everyting is closed on the camping but that is normal because there are just a few guests. 

Small but cosy

We had a long road still to drive and it was getting dark. This was in the end of September, so we decided to spend the night here and go on driving in the morning. We just called to the Mansikkaharju Holiday Camp center and asked the cheapest option which was a tiny cottage (27€ on low-season) with two bunk beds,a  table, a chair and a heater. Just enough to serve the purpose. We had our own sheets so we saved 5 €. The manager is helpful and easy to reach. The reception closes at 7 pm, but you can get the key also later easily.

There is grocery store nearby called Lidl where we went to buy some food for the evening and for the morning. The showers and toilets are in the other building. This was good stay for our purpose. Nothing to complain except the pillows might be in the need of update. However, it was good sleep in the warm and dry reasonably priced cottage. You can drive the car next to your cottage. The traffic sounds from the highway 5 didn't bother us but a light sleeper might want to have earplugs.
