A warm and thoughtful welcome, in a pleasant setting, a varied and super-cozy breakfast, friendly-sized rooms, all to have a good stay.

Nice place to stay

Home very limited, 90 €: for a room dating from another century, no internet code given, no file in the room for wifi, ballads etc, many missing TV channels, no sound, sea view from the side window. A breakfast canceled with difficulty (after seeing the comments here), bath towels are more than worn, toilet paper not very new (it would have fallen into the water and then delivered), no invoice delivered we always wait for the email.. in short for this price there is money.

What to avoid!!!

We had booked three rooms; two sea views and one standard. Clean room well located nothing to say there above. Only a little hic sea view which is not one at least in the first floor room. The morning of departure I just wanted to explain to the receptionist present that it might be wise to revise the name of this room the (I'm specific that I didn't want a discount on my room ), she just responded aggressively that I didn't see it could be the sea because of my size (1m50) uh is that a professional attitude?? She cut us off talking about us then saying you already have something left to tell you.. we waited for our friends and we listened to this receptionist criticize me in a hotel room!

An anti-professional receptionist

Escape! The reception is cold, the manager is as unfriendly as possible, you disturb her and you don't have to ask for anything. The rooms are minimalist, clean limit. The bath towels are more than worn out. Breakfast? 12.50€ from the flight for freeze-baked garbage is inadmissible! What more can I say? The parking lot that has 3 seats and another one further away. Too many unpleasant thoughts, too bad quality and too much expensive. The only positive point is the hyper pleasant and useful employee (to whom the manager of course speaks detestablely). I do not recommend.

A Disaster

Mattress cover not suitable for bed size seen a waitress filling bottles of orange juice with users idem jams supplement bread idem a disaster this hotel has avoided

What to Avoid

The hotel is a little out of the way, but quiet. We get to the sea very quickly by small paths that are worth a detour so much so that you can see nice little houses, invisible from the road. The staff is very hospitable, the rooms are clean. A free parking is made available to the customers. We did not have breakfast, which was served as a buffet, was too cozy for us, so it was too expensive. So we had our breakfast on several beaches where breakfast formulas are served that suited us best.

Pleasant stay

Hotel located 5 from the sea on foot. Nothing to say about the room, located on the Ritz of the street, no neighbors so no noise problems. Clean room, correct bed. Pleasant reception. Only bemool: disappointing breakfast for 12.50€. Canned fruit salad, dried Viennese...

We stayed here for 1 night enroute and from the exterior it looks rather pleasant. The staff were nice enough but not overly friendly. Our room was pretty awful really....a bit like a prison cell. Desperate need of updating as is the entire hotel. What made me uncomfortable was that there were no curtains or blinds. I don't know if every room was like this or just ours. Our room overlooked a roof terrace and taking a shower was like giving a free peep show. Not good!! Dinner at the hotel was really odd. The food was typical and just ok but we were in a massive dining room, just the 2 of us and we had to whisper to each other all night as there was a waitress and maitre'de standing on call staring at us. I mean it was just us in there. We felt really uncomfortable and it spoilt the evening. The location is good but the soul has been lost. 

Eeeerie 

This hotel is a couple of hundred metres back from the main road into Morgat and is signposted from main road.  It is set in very pleasant grounds in which it is relaxing to sit in the late afternoon sun after a day touring around the region.  There appears to have been a significant amount of upgrading of the hotel facilities, but, some how, the hotel misses a trick. At Breakfast there is a wide variety of foods including fresh fruit, croissants, breads, cheese, etc and the lady looking after clients keeps the foods freshly topped up.  However, the breakfast room is soul less and needs cheering up.  Our room, on the second floor was spacious with great views out towards the sea front.  However, the towels were only changed, after 3 nights, when we left our used towels on the bathroom floor.  The hotel says in its marketing paper that it provides toiletries, but we stayed 4 nights and got 3 sachets of shampoo for the 2 of us for the 4 nights.  In addition, to reach the second floor requires a climb of 2 sets of narrow stairs with luggage to reach the room.  The wifi is weak and we found it impossible to send e-mails even though we received e-mails without problems.  The only time we saw anyone at the reception desk was when we checked in and when we checked out.  Neither the restaurant nor the bar was open for meals and/or drinks during our stay.  All these criticisms are a great shame as the hotel has so much potential.

Yes!!

The hotel is in a position not exactly central, but that's not the problem. The internal stairs to the room were dark, narrow and steep and the light was NOT working! In the room, a little too hospital, there is no curtain for the bathroom, you have to pull down the curtain. Okay the view is beautiful but not enough guys! The room furniture is a pen against which I'll have hit my head three times. The reception had promised the password for the WLAN when we went out in the afternoon, to find it in the room, but in the evening nothing (and there was no one at the reception). This is in full season!
