We were at this hotel for a short weekend, and our choice fell on this hotel, because friends we wanted to visit also live nearby. The location of the hotel is perfect: if you travel from the south, you're not much of a city trip, then you'll be in the city center in about 20-25 minutes by train. The car is easily parked in the hotel yard. Despite being close to the train, it's pretty quiet. The rooms are bright, friendly and nicely furnished, the bathroom is relatively small, but completely adequate. The breakfast was very tasty. Check in and check out were simple and friendly. We had a little drink in the bar on the way in and had a very pleasant chat with the host, it was very comfortable and overall - we'll definitely come back.

Hospitality with Berlin charm

We had our wedding here with 38 people. It was great... everything worked out, the buffet was great and everyone enjoyed it. Thanks to all the staff.

Marriage

We reserved a room for one night because this place in near the airport. Since our flight would arrive late in the night, we kindly wrote an email to the hotel to ask if we could check in late. No one replied. So we called the hotel and no one could speak English. At the end of the call they suggested to write another mail which we did. They finally replied IN GERMAN that it was not possible to check in during the night.

1. I find unbelievable that a hotel near the airport cannot provide a late chek-in
2 (and most important) It is not acceptable such a rude behaviour towards the clients.

Kindness? Not here!

It's a cute hotel very close to S-Bahn and to Schoenefeld airport but bit far from the city. Just the owner speaks a basic english and be ready to speak in german... anyway staff is very friendly and rooms are clean but no elevator and 2 steep stairs so be aware of this, overall a good experience

When I was looking for a place for our trip to Berlin, I came across this bar/restaurant/bed and breakfast that was served in the dining room. It's just a few steps from the subway in the center of Berlin. The cost was around 68 euros, paid in cash. If you decide to stay here, make sure you have enough euros at hand. Breakfast was wonderful and the ambiance was very nice, it was served in the dining room. There is a small escalator to the rooms, I have a small problem with stairs, but it was fine for me, as I took a very long time to go to the next floor. This is clean and lively enough, with access to the Internet and TV. The cost of staying in a small hotel is very low and I would be happy to stay in a small hotel, but if we stay in the vicinity of the hotel, it is convenient and convenient to stay in the vicinity of the hotel, and it would be nice to stay in the vicinity of the hotel.

Excellent place to visit in Berlin

When I was looking for a place to stay while we were touring Berlin, I ran across this bar/restaurant/b&b, located only steps away from the S-Bahn to downtown Berlin.  The cost was around 68E, which was paid in cash. If you decide to stay here, make sure you have enough Euros on hand.  Breakfast was wonderful, and the ambiance was lovely, served in the dining room.  There is a slight winding staircase to get up to the rooms, and I have a little problem with stairs, but it was fine for me, as I took my time to the next floor.  The room is clean and adequate with tv and internet.  The cute little bar downstairs is adorable, and does well with locals at happy hour.  We enjoyed our little appertifs ourselves, actually a glass of wine.  Our car during our stay was parked in the back of the building, very safe and secure at no cost.  The neighborhood is very friendly and safe as well.  Right around the corner, is the train to downtown, and a few stores and restaurants, busy little area, but the hotel is quiet for sleeping.  For the convenience, cost, and cleanliness, I would highly recommend Hotel Kryom's 108 when visiting Berlin.  Don't expect the Ritz, but for me, as long as it is clean, in good condition, and I receive good service for a wonderful price, this is my choice of stay for a night or two.  The owners are very nice, and accommodating. I would definitely stay again when in the area.

If you decide to stay here, make sure you have enough cash. Breakfast is excellent, served in a nice dining room. There is a spiral staircase to the rooms, and I have little trouble getting up, but relaxing and everything is fine. The room is clean, decent, with a TV and internet. Below is a nice bar where a couple of locals and a couple of guests are kept in the happy hour. We tried a nice bar and wine tasting there. We have a free ride in the back of the hotel, but we can stay in the safe corner of the building, but it's a very nice hotel and I recommend it. If you're in a very clean state, it's very convenient, but it's a nice place to stay.
