What makes this hotel a great place to stay is the low cost of the rooms. Compared to most of the other hotels located in the city center, this hotel is easily accessible by the subway/metro service. Kubisova may be a quiet area in the suburbs of Prague but if you're looking to travel on a budget, you can't go wrong with Aida. 

The area is particularly quiet at night though this was winter when I stayed here. The staff receptionist speaks little English but is enough to get you the information you need, where to find your room, where and when the breakfast begins, etc. 

The rooms may seem particularly small but let's face it, if you're staying here, you're not looking for luxury. I am pleased to say the room itself is very clean with the usual amenities provided. 

Very happy that I chose this place to stay.

A great place to stay on a short trip to Prague

Nice staff, rooms don't match the prices...not exactly clean and hot water in the shower can wait 20 minutes when it comes...breakfast 8€ but okay, garage free available - one plus - because there's another parking option there too

Price performance is not correct

It's a good hotel, it's close enough to the railway station, it's a good price, it's clean, it's free WiFi, it's polite, it's professional.

It's a good place.

A small hotel on the outskirts of Monk. Good breakfast, small but welcoming rooms. The receptionists speak little English but make themselves understood. The strength, besides the indoor parking, is certainly the proximity to the s bahn on line s2 that leads directly to the center and the main places.

The cover for the Oktoberfest

This hotel was out of town but close to an s-bahn station. The room we were given was a bit tired and the bathroom could really have done with being refurbished. I'd give it three stars if it hadn't have been so expensive to stay there during oktoberfest

A bit tired and not great value for money

It's a quiet bed and breakfast, close to the s-bahn and a four lane road, so you have to get used to sleeping with a certain background noise. The room assigned to us was quiet, however the bathroom was too small. Nothing to say about the cleaning, excellent! Breakfast doesn't offer what you'd expect, relative to the price is better. Outside there is a large courtyard with tables, a shady place to relax. The underground parking is nice and spacious, however if you own a low car you can't avoid hitting the base of the customer's door, to be available! The girls are very good at providing information about the city and on public transport, English fluently speaking.

Good B&B

We had to book a hotel at the last minute! We booked 15 minutes before closing!!! And we were very well received by a young woman! We thank her very much for her kindness and smile. Small room without charm but rather comfortable. A small bathroom, simple. Nothing fantastic but convenient. Soap and towels available. Parking in the basement for the guests! Very good point. Not too far from downtown Munich by car.

Between medium and very good.

The only positive thing is the proximity to the S-Bahn (100 m) but unfortunately it is located on a busy road both day and night and the quality of sleep is affected. I didn't find much abundance in the breakfast.

It's too loud.

Nothing was terribly wrong with this hotel; it just felt very "meh." It faced a very large, busy street, so it wasn't as picturesque as it looked online. We were told we would have "park views," and instead we faced the entrance to the very small parking garage. And, of course (as with all our other Germany parking garage experiences), the garage door didn't open like it was supposed to and we had to get help from the front desk. Also, it was the only hotel we stayed in where I had to ask the front desk for a hairdryer. After staying in 9 hotels for our trip, this one was my least favorite.

On the positive side, the hotel was in a perfect location. It sits right behind the enormous Nymphenburg Palace park, which is open to the public and is beautiful to stroll through. It's also only a 3-minute walk to a subway stop that takes you directly to the center of downtown, so that was convenient. They also have a small though beautiful patio to sit on out back, and their breakfast was very good for 6.50 EUR.

Not quiet what I expected

The Hotel Aida is for us the ideal hotel for city travelers. Check-in, car into the underground garage, buy a ticket at the reception and take the 5 minutes to the S-Bahn station under your feet. In less than 15 minutes you are at Marienplatz in the middle of Munich. The staff is very cheerful, the breakfast is very diverse and all the more beautiful when you can have breakfast in the winter garden, the rooms are clean and the size of the bathroom is not really an issue now either (or do you spend hours in the hotel bathroom?). The price-performance ratio is definitely right.
