The resort needs to be updated, painted and maintained better. Because of the winding roads and the distance you couldn't leave the area and other than the lake and a few restaurants there is nothing to do.

Beautiful lakeview but that's where it ends!

It's beautiful.

Our vacation was short but I must say that it was really worth it. Exceptional location with a view of Lake Arvo, ideal for spending days in total tranquility. Very large and very clean rooms, excellent restaurant where you can taste really delicious dishes and breakfast there is a wide choice such as to satisfy all tastes.

It's a wonderful structure.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with cooking corners, bathroom with shower and a separate night area. Last-generation thermal insulating windows make the room warm and comfortable. Cleanliness level of common areas and rooms is very high (9/10). Breakfast includes different types of sweets and the possibility of espresso coffee and cappuccino, as well as yogurt and fruit.

Magical atmosphere on the enchanted lake immersed in the pine green, frenetic and pleasant air that makes you forget the hot summer heat, high-level staff attentive and caring, like Pietro and the animator Giorgio.

Comfortable structure, relaxation guaranteed, lovely walks then there is Giorgio the organiser of the structure who organizes everything more with excellent results, thank you especially for the horse excursion that was fantastic.

I've been staying for a week in mid-August with my cage and I have to say that we've been very good together 😁... Room overlooking Lake Arvo, good food, parking available, staff very but very kind and then just the fact that they accept dogs and can come anywhere is priceless... If I really need to find some in: the structure is a little dated, the furniture is a little old and the cleanliness of the rooms, sometimes, it's not the best but I'd go back to it right away...

Arriving late in the morning in a surprisingly crowded Lorica, we had quite a bit of trouble finding a place to eat lunch. Almost hopelessly, we turned to this hotel, where the owner warmly welcomed us and found us a free table even though the room was almost full and even though our dog was with us! The warmth of the waiters and of all the staff I rarely found in other reception facilities. The food is good, the flavours of the house, which perfectly reflect the cozy atmosphere that the place has for us. We will definitely return, even to sleep, it was a very positive experience.
