Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. In case of no-show or cancellation of the reservation, the payment for the "early check-in" or "late check-out" services is not refundable, together with the fine at the rate.
We draw your attention to the list of required documents upon arrival of guests.
For citizens of the Russian Federation:
- passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation;
- birth certificate (for persons under 14 years of age);
- passport identifying a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation (for persons permanently residing outside the Russian Federation).
For foreign citizens:
- a document proving the identity of a foreign citizen on the territory of the Russian Federation (foreign passport, national passport, identity card (for citizens of Kazakhstan), birth certificate). A document proving the identity of a stateless person may be a residence permit;
- migration card;
- visa, residence permit, or temporary residence permit (for foreign citizens who have visa entry or reside in the Russian Federation);
- the detachable part of the notification form, if a foreign citizen is in the Russian Federation more than 7 days from the moment of crossing the border.
In the absence of any of the above documents, the administrator has the right to refuse the guest to check into the hotel.
Please note that bookings from 5 rooms at the same time are considered a group application and are considered on an individual basis upon request at hi@ostrovok.ru.
Breakfast at the hotel is served buffet style. On weekdays, breakfast is served from 07.00 to 10.00, on weekends - from 07.00 to 11.00.
For hotel guests, if you show the receptionist a guest spa card, access to the aqua-thermal complex is available on a complimentary basis from 07:00 to 22:00.
Visiting rules:
— Long hair must be gathered in a bundle or use a swimming cap;
— visiting the aquatic complex and thermal complex possible only in the presence of bathing suit, rubber slippers (slippers, crocs);
— young guests under the age of 12 years are allowed to stay in the spa area until 18:00 and only accompanied by an adult;
— children above the age of 12 are allowed on the spa premises until 22:00 and must be accompanied by an adult, who will be responsible for their safety and compliance with set rules;
— children under 3 years old may visit the aqua-thermal complex only with a special diaper for swimming;
— An adult accompanying a child under the age of 18 will be responsible for following the rules of the spa and supervising the child's compliance. Otherwise, the staff will be forced to deny the service.
In the period from 10/01/2023 to 11/15/2023 the second building of the hotel is closed for a complete renovation, the rooms of the categories "double standard", "double standard with river view", "junior suite" and "junior suite with river view" will not be available for booking for this period.
The aqua-thermal complex is also closed for a global update.
As a compliment for guests staying during this period, it is proposed to visit the Poseidon beach complex, located on the Upper Lake. Guests will have 4 modern steam rooms at their disposal: a Finnish sauna and a Russian steam room - both with panoramic views of the Upper Lake, as well as a hammam and an alternative dry sauna. Several jacuzzis indoors and outdoors (heated during the cold season). A visit to the Poseidon beach complex is possible only from the age of 14. From the age of 14, stay is possible accompanied by adults and only upon presentation of a passport. From the age of 16 on my own.
Visiting is possible daily sessions for 2 hours, for a visit an appointment is required at the hotel reception. Guests will be issued an invitation, guests get on their own. |

My friend and I really liked the hotel! The food is delicious, varied, snacks are not noticed, cheeses are not a fire at all!.. Service pleasant, unnoticed:)... The spa is included in the price, without restrictions, there is a small swimming pool and various baths. We spent many pleasant hours here!
