Very bad treatment from the hotel manager calling us at 1 am to come and pay the room charges, even though we have paid all rooms charges on the second day. Russian "Europeanisation" is not good in all the way. For a hotel with prestige is not nice to kick out in snow the smoking guest. A smoking lounge would be welcome, specially in the winter.
