A good hotel is a nice, large room with comfortable beds. Excellent staff who will always come to the rescue. A wonderful location by the Naalchik River, lake and park. The place is quiet. The downside is the lack of teacups, dryers and balconies.

I recommend, we really enjoyed everything! And the location and the service and the breakfast are simple, but full and tasty and the rooms themselves were occupied: semi-luxury, one- and two-seat) company we had quite a lot, and the opinion of the complex everyone has the same - great everything

You must stop here!

It's a mini-complex with a hotel and cafes. It's located near a mountain river, it's nice to wake up in the morning and hear the sound of water. It's like sleeping in a tent in nature, the view of the mountains from the window. You go to the 1st floor for breakfast, everyone has their own table. There are 2 types of cassava, eggplant/milk, coffee/tea, yogurt, butter, bread, cheese. In the same restaurant at any time you can eat  low prices and everything is very tasty.

Although the difference - cassava, omelette and yogurt were still inedible (the omelette is very difficult to spoil, but here they could). They offered instead of the omelette 1 cheesecake for two, apparently left over from the previous guests. They do not allow to sit at the normal table on a soft couch. There they put a man, then they also started to get scared to eat (one for 4 local).

You can't live in this place, either.

At a very low price, there are huge rooms with comfortable beds, a stable internet and responsive staff. You can choose an egg with sausages, a couple of cheesecakes, a steak plus a couple of pieces of bread, butter, a triangle of melted cheese. There's not enough shampoo in the bathroom, there's only a gel for showering. There's no elevator, the staircase is pretty steep. There's very little rosette in the room. I'd like to have a teapot and a cooler with drinking water.

The hotel's location is excellent: in the park by the mountain river, next to Lake Trek, many birds sing from sunrise to sunset to different voices, to the mineral springs 20 minutes walk. Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 a.m., if you want to have lunch, dinner-restaurant works until 23 p.m. There is a smooth board and a tray, large rooms, in the room there are plates, glasses, cups of dishes, a bottle of water, tile change every day.Excellent service and cozy environment.

The hotel's large rooms, clean, beautiful building. Located in the park, overlooking the river and the pond, birds sing in the morning. The hospitable administrator, she was covering breakfast, a very nice and friendly woman, a real hostess. The breakfast is delicious, made to order.

The area of the room is large. Good furniture, spacious bathroom. Panoramic windows that go out to the river. In the morning - cool and water noise, nice. Location - chic! In the park, near the lake, rope. Very beautiful territory, the knowledge of the hotel. At the entrance, in the closed courtyard you can park a car. Clean, good, comfortable. Out of the minuses - breakfast. To choose your eggs, eggs, omelet. I asked the eggs, I without questions brought it with me from the sausage (I didn't somehow think it needed to be clarified during the morning).

Pleasantly surprised by the price-quality ratio.

There is a great administration, an individual approach to guests, a friendly reception - honestly, you won't find it everywhere! Good cuisine. There are also disadvantages but everything highlights the comfort of communication and attitude of the administration!!!

nice, small hotel. nobody speaking english, but that is not a problem. free wifi, good food, nice atmosphere. quiet rooms. nice surroundings, small lake, nature everywhere. cash only, no credit cards accepted
