This is a floating house docked in a quiet area between the downtown end of the lakeside promenade and a port area.
Basic rooms that are cabins, shared bathrooms, basic bed but quiet and very central. Helpful 24hrs reception. The access is in a garage area, they have own parking lot and it's fenced.
Prices are unmatchable for downtown Petrozavodsk. No bells and whistles nor hotel extra superfluous niceties, but very good.
Was there many times, winter or summer.

Basic, clean and convenient budget accomodation.

It's a nice place to stay for one night in the summer. It's convenient for a night and even colorful. It's a floating hotel around the Onega, surrounded by a carriage wall.

Comfortable and cheap

I stayed at this hotel for two nights - because of a great desire to visit Kyiv. I was just built by the fact that this hotel is located 10 minutes' walk from the pier and the ticket office, from where the meteors go to Kyiv. In general, it is the Petrozavodsk waterfront, I think I would not be mistaken if I call it the city center.

Floating hotel: 1 - 2 nights - acceptable

I wouldn't recommend it! It's a very crowded hotel. It's a clogged bed. Stay only for one night, no more. Room rates are 900 rubles, but with an extra 300 rubles, you can find better quality housing in the city, maybe not in the center, but Petrozavodsk is a small city.

The hotel is located not far from the center, but it is a very convenient location - nearby some economic buildings, unpleasant. The price is the main advantage of the hotel. The interior is uncomfortable and uncomfortable. Terrible beds with springs sold, the walls are covered with heads of untouched nails, an extremely uncomfortable shower. With big problems the window closes, etc. Well, you can stay for one night, and longer - no advice.

It's pretty bad.

The hotel is on the debarcadero, there are tables to sit by the water. The room is clean, the furniture and plumbing are not killed. The girls at the reception stand by at night. The beach to the dock on Kiji is 5 minutes walk. There is a parking lot.

Cheap and convenient.

I stayed here in August for 1 night in order to visit Kizhi Island. I arrived by train and took a taxi to the hotel. I arrived quite early in the morning but the reception desk was manned and the lady spoke a little English. They registered my visa for me and were very helpful. The room was very basic and probably hadn't been redecorated in a long time but it clean and there was a kettle. The bathroom was also kept really clean. The location is incredible - there is a beautiful view and it is so calm and relaxing. 

The jetty where the boats leave for Kizhi Island is only 10 minutes walk along the seafront and there is also a fun-fair and various cafes nearby. I walked into Petrozavodsk too, this probably takes about 20-25 minutes from the hotel. There is an indoor market and plenty of shops and small malls in the city. I was a young woman travelling alone and felt safe in the hotel and walking around the city and surrounding area.

Amazing location, friendly service, good value

It is a hotel in the shape of a boat floating on Lake Onego.Our room was simple but comfortable with a view of the lake, and we had dishes, covered and refrigerated.In addition, there is a back porch and a front porch with tables where you can sit and eat enjoying the lake environment.From the hotel we walked along the promenade around the lake, where there are several restaurants and bars.It is also next to the pier from which excursions to the island of Kizhi and Valaam depart.This is about 40 minutes walk from the train station.
