In the bedroom there is a double bed 160200, in the dressing area - a wardrobe with mirrors and a work area. In the small bedroom (10 sq.m) there is a double bed 140200, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There are several lighting scenarios. The room with a loggia has a single bed and a wall with a work desk and a wardrobe. The kitchen has dishes and appliances, as well as a sofa bed for 2 beds.
If necessary, a playpen is provided. The apartment can accommodate 3-6 guests. The maximum capacity is 7 people.

Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Upon check-in, a contract must be signed and a deposit is made. The deposit is returned on the day of departure after checking the apartment by transfer to the card. The contract specifies the number of people living with the tenant and it is not allowed to accommodate more guests. You can't smoke and party in the apartment, as well as make noise between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The fine for violation is RUB 5000.00.
If you move out earlier than two nights after check-in, regardless of the reason, a cleaning fee of RUB 1500.00 is required. Payment is made by transfer to a bank card. |
