What was good
We really liked that hotel. It is not the prettiest part of the city, but it takes only a few minutes walk to the Metro or to the riverbank of Neva, where you have a great few for the bridge-opening.
The stuff was very friendly and English-speaking. The room was really huge and bright and everything was clean.
I can fully recommend this hotel!

It's in good condition, close to the center, everything's fine, bedding, dresses, towels, everything's fresh and changed regularly.

It's expensive for a hotel of this level. Everything is clean and tidy in the room, the hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is friendly and responsive. A very bad Swedish table, everything cold and tasteless.

9/10 since the floor wasn't cleaned up so it's all good. Hospitality, kindness, metro nearby, breakfasts repeated but their eggs and omelette are very tasty. Dinner is also tasty.

Room 807's very dirty, and there's a dirty bed in front of the bed, but I hope it's people who left stains in front of us and didn 't have time to clean it with a washing machine.

The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the metro, not far from the center. The mattress and pillows are fancy! I travel a lot, but such a comfortable mattress is the first time. There are no brushes and pastes, slippers are provided, shampoo and gel in the bathroom. They give water. The bed is white and, thank God, change the needle as in some hotels where they neglect their duties.
