Good clean hotel, good bathroom set, lots of towels, daily cleaning, a comfortable bed, slippers, dresses.

I waited for the room to be cleaned, but at 3 pm the room wasn't ready. At the reception desk there were plenty of ready rooms, but why didn't they tell the cleaning room that we should prepare the number of the client who had already arrived, it's not clear. I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to pick on you because it's not cheap and stylish, but you can fix it for the convenience of the guests: 1) there's not a single hook to put clothes on when you enter the room, even if the wall is empty.
