We stayed here with our 8 years old daughter. Apartment was nice and clean with air condition in every bedrooms and living room. Hot water in the shower, but the light didn’t work in one of the bedroom

Enjoyed our stay in a nice and cozy apartment

We arrived on the 25th of november (left on the 28th) 

We noticed right away that the bed linen and sheets were dirty. Lipstick on the pillow and some sort of dried in liquid on the sheet. Looked like blood? Super disgusting. The floor in the apartment was also disgusting and very sticky, and the WiFi didn't work. 

Of course we tried to call them right away, with no answer (it was quite late). Then we wrote them an email. Later that night we took a shower, and suddenly it knocked on our door. It was the reastaurant-owner from downstairs. Apparently the drains were clogged or something, so his restaurant was drowning in water from our apartment - and that can happen. What really bothered us, was that they the next day sent some guys to fix the apartment, but they only took care of the bath - and even used our ONLY towles to clean up their mess = our towels were full of water from the f**** sewer and the bathroomfloor was soaking in it also. The towels were piled up on the corner and the bed linen had not been replaced. We filed a complaint right away (AGAIN), and the next day again they replaced both the towels and the dirty bed linen, still leaving the floors disgusting and even more sticky caused by the plumbers. We had 3 nights in the apartment, and spent 2 of 3 in a disgusting and dirty bed, with no towels, walking on a sticky floor, with little to no contact or apolagies. A week later we still haven't closed this case. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get to talk to someone who want's to take responsibility. They ask me to call back next day, every single time I talk to them. I am tired. This is by far the the worst stay I have ever had in a hotel/apartment.

DISGUSTING!

Stayed here with family for a surprise trip to celebrate my mums 60th birthday. Delighted with how lovely the room was. Lovely decor, spacious, well equipped and clean. Amazing value for such nice accommodation considering how central it is. We walked along the Thames walkway right to central London, but the Dlr is right by apartments and only two stops from the city centre. Tesco immediately below apartments very handy. Check in process could perhaps be improved, several guests all arrived at 2pm( earliest time for check in) and there was only one staff member present who was showing each group up to their rooms, so we had to wait about half an hour before we were shown to our rooms. I believe they had had staffing issues that day and the man was very apologetic. Wouldn't hesitate to rebook, had a fantastic stay at these apartments.

Great value for luxury apartment

The apartment was well furnished. Spacious, comfortable are the main characteristics that distinguish it. The only negative note: the location is not very central and you have to make a change to reach the main areas of interest.

Nice place to stay.

As far as the location is concerned, it is a little retired because you have to take the DHL for two stations and there in Tower Hill take the subway to tour the important sites of the city. In front of the department there is a bus stop but it takes a long time to travel as designed by the city. As for the building, it has a supermarket next door and it is very convenient even to buy ready-made food. We rent for a week a bedroom apartment. Really comfortable and spacious. Totally new. With laundry, oven, microwave, electric, toaster and dishwasher. The bed is very comfortable. High-speed Wi-Fi. The only objection I would have is that there are few kitchen utensils.

Very quiet stay at the Apple.

Stopped here in August in the duplex apartment with 2 balconies the 2 bedrooms downstairs and upstairs the living area & lg kitchen equipped with all appliances. Modern ,clean, good transport links Tesco express next door my only issue was the air conditioning didn’t seem to work and was leaking even after we reported it other than this would 100% stop here again!

Booked this 10 months ago and it was cancelled with 5 days notice by Apple Apartments. Unsuitable alternative accommodation offered and no refund, nearly two weeks since they cancelled.

I've had to get the credit card company involved and have noticed on their social media accounts that they have form for this

I just got back from a weekend in London. Always booked in a hotel but this time we opted for an apartment. I have to say everything perfect. Modern furnished apartment, 150 ml quiet area from the DLR. Bedroom underneath and picnic area, let's say more. Kitchen complete with everything from oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and stoves, ideal for those who have to stay even more than three nights. First floor apartment with shared terrace, ideal for those who can't live without a cigarette. Sure to improve cleanliness and keep the maintenance updated especially in the bathroom. Overall pleasantly surprised and sure to return thanks.

It's perfect.

We were there from 2 to 5 September 2017.The best part: LA UBICACIÓN.It is in area 2 and right in front of it has a TESCO supermarket just below the DLR (what in Spain we would call a commuter train, which connects to the metro line).However, I recommend that you always use bus No. 15 which takes you directly to TRAFALGAR SQUARE.From there you can walk to almost all the most iconic places in central London.It also has a TESCO supermarket just below the open apartments until 11:00, which is always an advantage for breakfast and dinner if you spend the rest of the day visiting the city.

Stayed for two nights this week in an apartment while attending World Champs Athletics. Super apartment, great location. Apartment really clean, great size, well furnished and great facilities. Would definitely recommend it. Tesco next door and train station across the road. Great place.
