It was so quiet you could hear a pin drop and peaceful . There is a communal fridge whoch has baskets with your door number on so other guests know not to use it .Great location close to underground . Has a high street close with shops and restaurants

Very quiet , clean and friendly

As soon as you arrived, me and two of my friends were greeted by the very kind Lucy. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy. You can use a common cooking corner. The property is a few minutes walk from the subway. I highly recommend it to those who want to spend little and you have cleanliness, convenience and practicality.

Stayed with my baby and my dad in two bedroom apartment which was just what we needed . Bedrooms joined by kitchenette and ( small ) bathroom . Perfect quiet place to stay when you want to visit all the London attractions and have a short journey by tube or train and not pay fortune for accommodation . Very close to tube station and local shops . The guest house doesn’t have a parking within premises but they provide permit for a small charge of £6 a day and you can park on closest streets . Kitchenette well equipped and additional kitchen to be used by all guests . No oven . The bathroom was very small but had shower and everything you could need . Not sure if it was age related thing but the floors were a bit uneven . Nothing major but you can see that floor was a bit on the slope . Very friendly and helpful staff happy to help anytime . The place was clean and simple  . Great value for the money and approximately to central London . One bedroom was facing busy road but you can  barely hear it .  Would definitely recommend this place .

Good location and great value .

We spent three nights in this place and I have to say everything was perfect from the cleanliness near the subway station, the well equipped kitchen with all the amenities was an added value.

It's beautiful.

We stayed here for five nights and our experience was absolutely positive. A few meters from the Victoria Line's headquarters (Walthamstow), our small apartment had a cooking corner, provided with a microwave, electric plate, toaster and mini fridge. Small but essential, (we also found power adapters in the rooms) this solution allowed us to spend a really pleasant stay. If you had to look for the proverbial hair in the egg... the bathroom was a little too small and the Wi-Fi connection wasn't always excellent, but for the rest, nothing to be missed. Ideal place for a family, close to shops and cafes, in a multi-purpose, multi-purpose neighborhood.

A Pleasant Stay

We spent five nights in an Easyroomlet. One bedroom was useless. The floor was so wet that the socks were wet. The room smelled terrible of mold damage. The heater is only hanging from two screws on the wall. It's very broken down and in need of renovation. The biggest problem was the smell. The beds are sloppy and muffled too. I didn't have high expectations, and I've been around the world a lot and on a lot of low budget, but it was definitely no pleasure. I wouldn't sleep in the bed again on my own. The bathroom was okay, but it also smelled so bad. I don't understand where the good reviews come from. The other rooms are in a better condition. The rooms with the lowest possible bathroom floor can't get through the toilet.

Respect the damp room and the smell of mold.

If you don't want to pay the high prices of downtown, this site is truly perfect. We travel all over London, always departing from Walthamstow Central (the 2-minute stop from the Hostel) with a 9-month-old baby and no problem. The site is very simple without luxuries obviously and practically you never see the staff again except on arrival. But we don't need any more, the room has everything you need, with its proper bathroom and noises. Perfect for going to sleep, Duchess and going out all day. With this price in London it is highly recommended if you don't mind moving by Metro.

No, we need more!!

When we arrive outside the reception opening hours we call the number indicated on the door. Not more than 5 minutes after a person welcomes us very pleasantly. Check in quite expeditious (but we were told the main thing). Room, toilet and toilet clean (Nothing to say).

I love this hotel very much! not the great luxury it is on but rather well located. mosque and halal food in the neighborhood very convenient for us:) the staff is very friendly and the room we had was very good size with kitchenette

We stayed in this rental room for 2 nights, the location is very convenient 2 minutes from Victoria Line subway. the room was small but nice, cozy and clean enough, critical point the bathroom... it was really a hole... it was when I say a hole I'm not kidding... and rarely maybe 1 square meter, but overall the price ratio is excellent.
